NEW DELHI:
BJP leader and Haryana minister Anil Vij defeated independent candidate Chitra Sarwara by 7277 votes on the Ambala Cantt assembly seat.
Vij was leading by over 8000 votes in the initial trends and trailed briefly before defeating Sarwara in the polls.
