Organisers demand compensation
Beats Production has insisted that Neha should compensate them for the losses they suffered due to her late arrival. They also alleged that her team engaged in unprofessional behavior, including smoking in the artist room at Crown Tower Sydney, leading to a ban on them from all Crown Towers properties.

A representative of the event stated, "We suffered a huge loss due to this event. Unlike what she claimed, we made every arrangement. She should be the one paying us compensation. It was a mistake having her on board."
