Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal has been in the news for rumours of his divorce with influencer Dhanashree Verma. Amidst these rumours, Chahal has dropped a new hilarious video where he can be seen seeking help and blessings from Baba Nirala aka Bobby Deol. In this video, he can be heard telling Baba, "Mujhe opener banaa do please."
Baba reacts to him saying 'Tathastu'. Soon Chahal finds himself opening water bottles, tiffins and jammed doors. He gets upset saying, "Accha opener bana diya Baba." Reacting to it, Deol says, "Baba ke aashram se koi bhi khaali haath nahi jaata." Turns out, this is a commercial for Bobby's upcoming 'Aashram 3'.
Meanwhile, Chahal's lawyer, Nitin K. Gupta, confirmed that the divorce petition was filed with mutual consent and presented before the court in Bandra, Mumbai. Hindustan Times had quoted him saying, "Mr. Chahal reached a settlement for obtaining Divorce by Mutual Consent with Mrs. Verma. A Petition for Divorce by mutual consent was presented before the Hon’ble Family Court, Bandra. The matter is currently sub-judice. Further steps are being taken as per law in this regard. Mr Chahal and his family respectfully choose not to comment on the details circulating in media and request all to refrain from any kind of speculation."
There were reports that Dhanashree is taking an alimony of Rs 60 crore from Chahal. However, her family slammed these reports and said, "We are deeply outraged by the baseless claims being circulated about the alimony figure. Let me be absolutely clear—no such amount has ever been asked, demanded, or even offered. There is no truth to these rumors whatsoever. It is deeply irresponsible to publish such unverified information, dragging not just the parties but also their families into unnecessary speculation. Reckless reporting like this only causes harm, and we urge the media to exercise restraint and fact-check before spreading misinformation and also be respectful towards everyone's privacy."
