Speculation is growing among BTS fans about the possibility of Jungkook going on a solo world tour in 2025 before the group reunites. While there has been no official announcement, many fans believe the singer might have something big planned as his military service comes to an end.
According to JND, the rumors started gaining traction on March 27, 2025, after popular social media accounts like Pop Base and Jungkook Data on X hinted that an important announcement from Jungkook might be coming later this year. Fans quickly began to speculate that it could be about a solo tour before BTS reunites in 2026.
Social media is filled with reactions from ARMY, with many eagerly waiting for confirmation. One fan commented, "Ready for the solo tour announcement!" while another said, "This is exactly what I've been waiting for." However, some remain doubtful, asking, "Is this news true, or just a rumor?"
Other online accounts, including @DCECOFICIALI and @ailoviutl, have also fueled the discussion, suggesting that Jungkook may be preparing for a solo journey before reuniting with BTS. Despite the growing excitement, neither Jungkook nor BigHit Music has made any official statements regarding the rumored tour.
Jungkook enlisted for South Korea’s mandatory military service on December 11, 2023, and is scheduled to be discharged on June 11, 2025. Jimin, who enlisted on the same day, will also be discharged alongside him. RM and V are expected to complete their service a day earlier, on June 10, 2025, while Suga will return slightly later, on June 21, 2025.
With just a few months left before all the members are discharged, excitement among fans is at an all-time high. Jin and J-Hope, who have already completed their military service, are currently keeping fans engaged through promotions and media appearances.
Although there is no official confirmation about Jungkook’s solo tour, many ARMYs are hopeful and eagerly waiting for any updates. Whether the rumors turn out to be true or not, one thing is certain—fans are ready to support Jungkook in whatever he does next.
