Dhyan Sreenivasan and Dayana Hameed to play junior doctors in Sagar Hari's suspense thriller ‘Veekam’

The next film in the line for Dhyan Sreenivasan is a suspense thriller ‘Veekam’, written and directed by Sagar Hari and the shoot for the film is under progress in Kochi. One of the main locations in the film is ‘Fathima Hospital’ in Perumpadappu, Kochi. As per the reports, the story will be focused mainly on the backdrop of a medical college atmosphere and will also be packed with some unique action sequences.Sagar Hari has previously directed ‘Kumbarees’ and ‘Sathyam Mathrame Bodhippikkoo’.

As the story’s core focus is set around a group of medical students, Dhyan Sreenivasan and Dayana Hameed will be playing the role of junior doctors along with a couple of other actors such as Aju Varghese, Baby Sreya, Jagadeesh, etc. Actress Sheelu Abraham will be playing another pivotal role in the movie as a police officer. Actor Dinesh Prabhakar will be playing another important role in the movie as a character named ‘Sunny’. The music composition will be done by William Francis and the director of photography is Dhanesh Raveendran. The editing section of the film ‘Veekam’ is handled by Hareesh.

Previously Dayana Hameed has worked in the 2021 political drama film ‘Yuvam’ as the female lead and got much appreciation from the audience for her role in the movie. The majority of the audience has a liking towards films that come under the genre of ‘Mystery/Suspense. Thus Upcoming film ‘Veekam’ by Sagar Hari, labeled as a suspense murder mystery, raises the level of expectation from the audience.
