'Matka' opening bracket! Makers launch the first glimpse on Varun Tej's birthday!

Actor Varun Tej is celebrating his birthday today, January 19, and the mega prince has just turned 34. He is all set to make his pan-India debut with the upcoming film 'Matka'. Directed by Karuna Kumar, the film stars Meenakshi Chaudhari and Nora Fatehi in lead roles alongside Varun Tej.
The makers, wishing the actor a happy birthday, launched the first glimpse of the film today.The video titled 'Matka: Opening Bracket' is now out! Watch it here!

The teaser gives us a glimpse of the evil side of Varun Tej, an underworld or Mafia's leader. The film also stars Naveen Chandra and Kishore in prominent roles. The music for the film is composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
The 1 minute, 6 second long teaser has Varun Tej saying the only word 'promise' which is creating anticipation and interest in the storyline of the film. Varun Tej is said to play his role in the film with four different looks.
On the work front, Varun Tej is awaiting the release of his film 'Operation Valentine'. Directed by Shakti Pratap Singh, the movie stars Varun Tej and Manushi Chillar in lead roles. The film is set to release in theatres on February 16, and as part of promotions, the makers just launched the first single 'Vande Mataram' from the film on January 17 at the Wagah border.
