'Operation Sindoor': Flights hit as India launches major anti-terror strike on Pakistan & PoK

NEW DELHI: IndiGo Airlines on early Wednesday said that several flights are affected due to changes in airspace over northern India. This came in the wake of India's anti-terror operation on Pakistan, codenamed 'Operation Sindoor'.Follow live updates on 'Operation Sindoor'Flights to and from Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Leh, Chandigarh, Dharamshala, and Bikaner may be delayed or cancelled because of the current situation, IndiGo Airlines confirmed on X.Meanwhile, SpiceJet has also announced that, due to the ongoing situation, airports in parts of northern India-including Dharamshala, Leh, Jammu, Srinagar, and Amritsar have been closed.This comes after the Indian armed forces launched a major military operation called Operation Sindoor early Wednesday morning.
