NEW DELHI:
New Delhi: Airports in Jammu, Srinagar, Leh, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Bhuj, Jamnagar, Chandigarh and Rajkot have been closed till 5.29 am (IST) on May 10 and hence flights to and from those places are being cancelled till then, Air India said on Wednesday morning.
“Air India flights to and from the following stations – Jammu, Srinagar, Leh, Jodhpur, Amritsar, Bhuj, Jamnagar, Chandigarh and Rajkot – are being cancelled till 0529 hours IST on 10 May following a notification from aviation authorities on closure of these airports.
Customers holding valid tickets for travel during this period will be offered a one-time waiver on rescheduling charges or a full refund for cancellations,” AI said on X.

Operation Sindoor early on Wednesday morning. Air India said it diverted two international flights en route to Amritsar to Delhi “in view of the prevailing situation.”
IndiGo said: “Due to changing airspace conditions in the region, our flights to and from Srinagar, Jammu, Amritsar, Leh, Chandigarh and Dharamshala, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Gwalior are impacted. We request you to check your flight status before reaching the airport”.
