“G takes NYC”: Giants’ Matt Chapman’s wife Taylor shares adorable family photos from New York City

As San Francisco Giants players enjoyed their day off, right in the middle of a heated baseball season, 31-year-old Matt Chapman, the third baseman playing for the San Francisco Giants, enjoyed the day off with his family. Chapman, along with his wife Taylor, enjoyed their time in New York City and visited Central Park. Their next game is scheduled with the New York Yankees.

The family looked perfectly dressed for a windy day in the city. Taylor Chapman took to Instagram where she shared stories with her family, featuring Gia, who smiled her way through the trip.
In the first Instagram story, Taylor shared Gia’s photo, who was held in Matt Chapman’s arms. He picked her up with both his arms and Gia smiled. Gia wore a beautiful baby pink woolen sweater with a cute cap. The pink sweater had red woolen bows attached to it. She also wore white pants and puff shoes. Gia looked adorable.

In the next Instagram story shared by Taylor Chapman, the entire Chapman family was sitting on top of a rock in Central Park, with the stunning New York City backdrop, the high rise buildings and the trees.
Matt Chapman and Taylor too looked beautiful. While Matt decided to wear darker shades — black trousers and dark green jacket, with a dark green cap, Taylor matched Gia’s vibe. She wore a puffer jacket and jeans. She wore red shoes that also matched Gia’s style.

Taylor Chapman also shared a third Instagram story, where Gia was sitting in her baby stroller, all warmed up inside a baby pink colored blanket.

Recently, Matt Chapman was in an interview with Giants broadcaster Glen Kuiper, where he spoke about how he felt playing for the San Francisco Giants. He spoke about how the team meant so much to him. He had said:
“Until you get in the uniform and get in the building, and feel how much pride and passion this organisation has for being a Giant like this, it means something when you put the jersey on….”
He further explained that:
“There’s respect for people who have done it before you, there’s respect for the city, there’s expectations that the fans have…”
