Comedian Kunal Kamra has responded to Ola founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal’s Elon Musk-like "Kya Chal Raha Hai" initiative. This comes after the EV bike maker and cab-hailing service introduced a weekly work report system. The comedian took to the social media platform X (earlier Twitter) to mock Aggarwal's newly introduced policy, which requires Ola employees to submit weekly updates in a 3-to-5 bullet point format. Aggarwal announced the initiative, named "Kya Chal Raha Hai?" in an internal message last week.
According to reports in the Economic Times, Aggarwal instructed employees to use clear language and bullet points to detail their accomplishments for the week as part of the "Kya Chal Raha Hai?" system. This is not the first instance of Kamra taking a dig at the Ola founder and CEO on social media.

What is Ola’s Kya Chal Raha Hain initiative

Last week, Aggarwal reportedly announced the Kya Chal Raha Hai weekly work report system to Ola employees via an internal message, the report noted.

An X user even shared a screenshot of that message which read: “We're starting 'Kya Chal Raha Hai?'—a simple way to share your weekly updates directly with me and your managers, starting today. Please send a brief update to your manager and [email protected] (the email will be active in an hour or so) with 3-5 bullet points about what you got done last week. Keep it simple and to the point. “Use the email subject: ‘Weekly updates’. The deadline for this is today, end of the day. Going forward, we will expect the email before Sunday end of day. Everyone has to send this.”
