Accused of arriving three hours late, the singer took to social media to clarify what actually transpired. In a heartfelt message, she revealed shocking details about the organizers’ misconduct, explaining that her band was mistreated, and she herself performed without payment.

Addressing the accusations, Neha said, "They said I was late, but did anyone ask what happened to me and my band? When I spoke on stage, I didn’t even share the truth because I didn’t want anyone to be harmed. But now that my name is being dragged into this, I have to speak up."

Neha went on to reveal that the concert organizers disappeared without paying her and several others involved in the event. She and her team were left stranded without food, accommodation, or even drinking water. It was her husband, Rohanpreet Singh, and his team who stepped in to provide meals for her crew. Despite these hardships, Neha and her band went ahead with the performance, knowing that their fans had been waiting for hours.
The singer also disclosed that technical difficulties caused further delays. The sound check was postponed for hours because the sound vendor had not been paid and refused to set up the equipment. Even as the situation worsened, the organizers stopped responding to her manager’s calls, leaving Neha uncertain whether the concert would even take place.

Grateful for the support she received, Neha acknowledged those who defended her. "I truly appreciate everyone who took the time to understand my situation and spoke up for me," she said.
