Celebrity MasterChef: Tejasswi Prakash's dosa bomboloni's to get featured in Vikas Khanna's restaurant Bungalow; Chef says, 'The revenue of the dish will get shared'

The latest episode of Celebrity MasterChef had two interesting challenges that left the celebrity cooks in a jiffy. The first challenge was the taste test where the cooks had to guess the 50 ingredients of the dish that were used to prepare it. The test was more about their memory of the taste and distinguishing the ingredients. The first person to get eliminated from the test was Gaurav, followed by Kabita and then Nikki and Rajiv, which made Tejasswi the winner.
Moving further, the second challenge was to create an innovative dish with dosa batter. It should elevate the batter and enhance its taste with a fresh take on the dish. Ranveer tells the cooks to keep a close eye on the temperature and the right time to flip the dosa is extremely essential.
The pantry was closed as all the ingredients for the dish shall be provided. Talking about the innovative dishes, Rajiv decided to make macaroons with a desi twist, while Nikki went for the dosa cones. Kabita took up the challenge to make corn dogs with dosa batter while Gaurav went with the kids' nostalgia and made dosa buns.
Tejasswi also got a privilege as she won the previous challenge. All other cooks had to wait for 5 mins while Tejasswi continued. She decided to make dosa bomboloni with squash sauce. Though at first Chef Ranveer thought that Tejasswi was running behind, she completed her dish in time.
When it came to tasting, Rajiv failed to impress the judges while Nikki and Kabita's dish turned out to be extremely spicy. Gaurav had the most innovative dish, but due to the batter being uncooked, he failed to impress the judges. Ranveer said, 'Had your batter been completely cooked, you would have won this challenge.' The biggest win for the cook with the dish was that their dish would get featured for a day in Chef Vikas's restaurant Bungalow. He even shared that whatever they earned through the dish would be shared with the contestant.

Tejasswi's Bomboloni impressed the judges, with intense flavours and light texture, Ranveer said, 'The dosa batter was clearly the star of the dish.' Tejasswi's dish will get featured in Vikas Khanna's restaurant and also the revenue shall get shared.
