Actress Kajal Pisal, currently seen in the TV show Jhanak as the antagonist Tanuja Basu, was spotted celebrating
Saraswati Puja, the rituals performed on
Vasant Panchami, which was held yesterday on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
She said, "The day celebrates the onset of the spring season while honouring Goddess Saraswati, who embodies wisdom, knowledge, and creativity. Many people select this day to initiate new projects, learn new skills, or start their academic journey because they believe it brings exceptional luck for new beginnings. Vasant Panchami teaches us how to balance knowledge and creativity while promoting a universal appreciation for wisdom and learning."
She continued to highlight the significance of the festival adding, "On this day, we should rediscover our inner self while releasing all previous uncertainties and fears. Goddess Saraswati's blessings enhance our creative abilities, creating an excellent window to start artistic exploration or spiritual practices. Seek moments of isolation because reflection will help us link our actions to greater life goals. We should use our passionate energy to advance our life meaningfully through focused growth instead of making spontaneous choices."
The actress visited Lokhandwala Puja Mandop with her Jhanak Co-stars Sachin Verma, Patrali Chattopadhyay, Ankita Chakraborty.
She adds, "It was a pleasure attending the pujo function. It was celebrated in a Bengali environment, and following the traditional rituals. I was mesmerized by the vibes. We also enjoyed the prasad like the popular Khichuri, Payesh, Bhaji and some traditional sweets and snacks."
She concluded with greetings, "May Goddess Saraswati bless us all with sharp intellect, focused mind, and unwavering determination. Wishing everyone wisdom, knowledge, and success."
Kajal has previously worked in shows such as Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and Sasural Simar Ka 2 among others.
