'Lovely Runner' star Byun Woo Seok recalls enduring over 100 failed auditions!

Byun Woo Seok is slowly gathering fans with his act in the recently started series 'Lovely Runner. The actor recently opened up about his journey in a video shared on Hong Suk Chun's YouTube channel 'Hong Suk Chun's Jewelry Box' on April 16 KST.
Hong Suk Chun reflected nostalgically, "Since Woo Seok's days as a model, I noticed his actor-like face and encouraged him to pursue acting.I kept urging him to learn acting, never knowing when the opportunity would arise." Byeon Woo Seok confirmed and shared, “Every time I met you, you advised me to pursue acting.”
Byeon Woo Seok confessed to reminiscing about his debut in tvN's 'Dear My Friends', where he starred alongside seasoned actors like Kim Young Ok and Na Moon Hee, "I hardly recall much from the experience. The moment felt so surreal that I couldn't even grasp my emotions." He expressed gratitude towards veteran actress Youn Yeo Jung for her guidance and affection.
Despite achieving eventual success, Byun Woo Seok's path was fraught with numerous setbacks, a reality he candidly acknowledged, "I faced rejection in auditions over a hundred times. It felt like I failed almost every attempt, to the point where I questioned if I could endure such repeated failure. Yet, I persisted and poured my utmost effort into every opportunity."
