With the piracy issue looming large over 'Roberrt', due intervention from the police and other authorities seems to have come to the film's makers' rescue. Despite deleting over 8000 links related to the pirated copy of the film, team 'Roberrt' has decided to keep the heat on and pursue miscreants relentlessly. In the same attempt, the police have reportedly apprehended two culprits involved in recording the film and distributing it without permission.
According to recent reports, the manager of a film distribution firm was able to get hold of the person who, allegedly, was trying to sell an HD pirated copy of 'Roberrt' near the Prasanna cinema hall in Bengaluru.

The accused, who has later been identified as Vishwanath, was nabbed near the cinema hall after the manager tricked him into selling the pirated copy.
The news of the arrest comes on the back of a similar arrest that took place in Puttenahalli. The same report also suggests that the police are looking keenly into the matter to find a possible connection between the two arrests.
But the woes of piracy don't just surround 'Roberrt' as the Rishab Shetty starrer 'Hero' too became a victim of the cybercrime, prompting the makers to resort to strict actions. Following the initial troubles, team 'Hero' got in touch with an anti-piracy agency so as to tactfully remove all the online links and also ensure that the issue doesn't arise again. The team has also consulted legal experts in their approach.
