WWE 2K25 is set to revolutionize multiplayer wrestling, offering new ways to play with friends both online and offline. The latest installment introduces online play for MyGM mode, allowing players to draft, book, and compete in real time. Whether you're on PS5, PC, or Xbox, WWE 2K25 ensures that you and your friends can step into the squared circle together like never before.

How to Play WWE 2K25 With Friends?

For the first time in the WWE 2K franchise, MyGM mode supports online multiplayer, letting up to four players compete on the same platform. The host can invite up to three friends from their console’s or PC’s friends list, and everyone will draft their superstars and book their shows simultaneously.
After setting up the match card, all players will watch the results unfold together. A new save file system adds flexibility, allowing players to swap brands or invite new friends mid-season. If someone drops out, the CPU can take over their brand or another player can step in.

However, there are a few limitations to online play. Custom GMs and custom rosters won’t be available, and matches will only be simulated rather than played or spectated. But if you switch the save file to offline mode, these restrictions are lifted.
For those who prefer couch multiplayer, WWE 2K25 allows online save files to be played offline, meaning friends can take turns booking shows and running their brands in person.
The introduction of Cross-Brand Premium Live Events (PLEs) is another game-changer. Instead of separate shows, all brands now compete in a single event. The commissioner selects the opener and main event, while mid-card matches depend on the number of brands involved. Winning key matches earns Power Cards and fan bonuses, giving players a competitive edge.
