RCB vs PBKS
RCB won their fifth away game in as many matches with Virat Kohli scoring an unbeaten 73 off 54 balls. RCB chased a target of 158 against Punjab Kings. What made the victory sweet for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) is that the win came less than 48 hours after losing to the same team. Kohli shared a 103-run partnership with Devdutt Padikkal (61) to crush the hosts by seven wickets.
Just hours after the impressive victory, RCB's social media team dug out actor Salman Khan's over 10-year-old tweet, where he had asked if Punjab King's has won. "Zinta's team won kya ?," Salman Khan had posted on May 28, 2014. Quoting the same tweet, RCB wrote: "Sorry bhai, not today. 😌" The post ended with a 'Relieving Face' emoji.

For those unaware, the Punjab Kings IPL team is jointly owned by Preity Zinta, Ness Wadia, Mohit Burman and Karan Paul. The team was formerly known as Kings XI Punjab. The KKR (Kolkata Knight Riders) vs Kings XI, Qualifier 1 match was played at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on May 27 2014. Salman Khan's tweet seems to be related to the same match. KKR had won the match by 28 runs.
