NEW DELHI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday carried out searches at multiple locations in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh in connection with the December 2024 grenade attacks at Warehouse Club and Human Club in Gurgaon’s Sector-29.
The raids targeted premises linked to Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terrorist Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar and US-based gangster Randeep Malik.

According to a statement issued by the NIA, the searches were conducted at eight locations belonging to suspects and accused associated with the Canada-based terrorist and his network. "Several electronic and other incriminating materials were recovered during the searches conducted at eight locations in various districts of the two states this morning," the agency said.
Officials said the recovered material is now being examined for clues to unravel the conspiracy behind the grenade blasts, which were part of a larger terror-extortion nexus. Arms, ammunition and explosives were earlier seized from those arrested in the case.
Shortly after the twin attacks, gangster Rohit Godara had claimed responsibility via a social media post. The NIA said further investigations pointed to Brar and Malik as the key conspirators. Both had allegedly threatened and attempted to extort money from the owners of the targeted clubs prior to the attacks.
The case, registered by the NIA on January 2, 2025, remains under active investigation.
