Kaniha is a popular South Indian actress and she has also worked in numerous Malayalam movies. Kaniha became popular in Mollywood with the 2009 release movie ‘Bhagyadevatha’. She co-starred along with Jayaram in the movie. The same year, she starred in ‘Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja’, a period movie directed by Hariharan, which later on became one of the biggest hits in Mollywood. She was paired opposite Mammootty in the magnum opus. Later she appeared in ‘Spirit’, starring Mohanlal, which also made an impact on the audience.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kaniha's last outing was ‘Mamangam’. She essayed a supporting cast in the Mammootty-starrer.
