Derived from Jijo Punnoose's novel, "Barroz: Guardian of D'Gama's Treasure," the film delves into the narrative of a 400-year-old spirit named Barroz, entrusted with the safeguarding of D'Gama's treasure. Barroz awaits the arrival of a true descendant of D'Gama to hand over this precious legacy.
Filming for the epic fantasy predominantly occurred in Kochi and Goa, with additional sequences shot in the vibrant locales of Bangkok and Chennai. 'Barroz' stands out not only for its compelling storyline but also for being shot in 3D, promising a visually immersive experience.
