Seems like
Bryan Johnson’s found a few disciples!
And they are rigorously following his ‘age-reversal plan? A man recently claimed that he followed Bryan Johnson’s age-reversal plan and that helped him look like an 18-year-old at 28.
What happened?
Max G, the co-founder of Zero Health, which, as per its bio on X, claims to be “European's first all-in-one membership to extend your healthspan,?shared that he has been following Bryan Johnson's Blueprint, a longevity protocol aimed at reversing biological aging.
Max G, who claims to “explore the most science-backed tools to slow aging for me and my European friends,?revealed that after two years of following the plan, his biomarkers indicate that he is biologically 10 years younger, showing an age of 18 instead of his chronological age of 28.
Max G wrote in his X post: "Almost two years on @bryan_johnson's Blueprint. In 2023: always tired, carb-loading, night owl habits. In 2024: turned things around, focused on health & longevity. 2025: 10 YEARS YOUNGER biologically (18 vs. 28), with 90% of all biomarkers in optimal ranges."
The internet’s take:
After Max G sang praises Bryan Johnson’s protocol for age reversal, his post went viral on the social media platform X (formerly, Twitter). While the post gained significant traction, it attracted substantial criticism and sarcastic remarks too.
While one user wrote, "Nice to be rich and afford all that," another commented, "It’s amazing what sleep, exercise, and nutrition can do."
One user asked, "What do I do to start? Not worried about money, just not sure how to incorporate the powders and pills into a daily routine with food."
Another user spoke their mind literally, saying, "This is so retarded."
All about ‘age-reversal?is pretty and pink then?
Turns out, it’s not.
Along with sharing several pros of Bryan Johnson’s age-reversal plan, Max G also shared the downsides of following the protocol.
When Max G shared the perks of Bryan Johnson’s Blueprint, an X (formerly, Twitter) user asked him, if there were any downsides to the protocol.
The user wrote: "Any downsides though? I’d love to see the full picture."
Max G didn’t hesitate to get ‘real?at that moment and replied, "Downsides I've experienced:
1) Social flexibility takes a hit sometimes (especially around late dinners, going out...).
2) Time investment for tracking is real.
3) I've learned to use the 80/20 rule—perfect adherence isn't sustainable.
4) I go through phases of higher/lower commitment depending on work demands."
Who is Bryan Johnson?
Bryan Johnson is an American entrepreneur, venture capitalist, writer and author. He is the founder and former CEO of Kernel, a company creating devices that monitor and record brain activity, and OS Fund, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage science and technology companies.
The former Silicon Valley executive has become a prominent figure in the anti-aging movement, spending millions of dollars annually on his quest to defy the natural aging process. The tech entrepreneur follows a strict protocol, which includes taking over 50 pills daily, undergoing plasma transfusions, fat transfers, and even exploring gene therapy.
When Netflix unveiled the trailer for the documentary based on Bryan Johnson, named 'Don't Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever', the 47-year-old flagbearer of the anti-aging movement shared his ‘anti-aging protocol? on which he had spent millions of dollars.
The documentary delved into Johnson’s relentless and controversial pursuit of reversing his biological age through cutting-edge science and wellness practices. The tech entrepreneur also revealed that his controversial search for eternal life through science included practices like plasma transfusions, fat transfers, popping more than 50 pills a day, and even exploring gene therapy.
Essentially, the entire process of reverse aging as prescribed by anti-aging influencer Bryan Johnson is a time-taking process with a mix of results. As stated by Max G, the attainment of reverse aging comes with it's own pros and cons and if we look at the entire journey from a viewers lens, it is not an expedition everyone can partake in with it's financial, physical and personal demands.
