It was bizarre but a hilarious post-credits moment. In it, Vice Principal Marlene, the role played by Jennifer Coolidge, falls for Nitwit Villager�?a character voiced by Matt Berry. When they profess their love, the red hearts float above their heads like when the animals breed in-game.

As revealed by Director Jared Hess, this was one of his favorite Easter eggs that was inspired by Sebastian Hansen’s suggestion. It was meant to honor the late content creator.
