This article will discuss everything that they revealed during the Apex Legends Reddit Takeover AMA.

Is a new legend coming in Apex Legends Season 25?

Apex Legends New Legend Artemis Abilities & Gameplay In Season 24

Respawn Entertainment has confirmed ‘New Legends are coming’ in Apex Legends Season 25. This might indicate multiple legends are on the table and could be released in the near future, but not in the same season. Several leaks from different sources have hinted at the new legend being Artemis or Sparrow. This name, however, is not final and subject to change. Reputed content creator for Apex Legends, had earlier revealed the work-in-progress abilities for this upcoming legend.

Leaked abilities for Artemis/Sparrow

Passive

Buffed Ash Data Knife

(Ability to extract data about enemies around the map)

Tactical

Bear Trap Like Ability

(Deals bleed and slow status effect on enemies in the trap)

Ultimate

Crossbow

This new legend might also be the only silent legend in Apex Legends.
Disclaimer: Abilities stated above are sourced from unofficial leaks and all subject to change before release.

Skirmisher Class revamp in Apex Legends Season 25

Apex Legends Season 25 will see a massive buff with additional perks being given to the Skirmisher Class legends. This has been confirmed by the Lead Game Designer, RV-Devan, on the Reddit AMA Takeover. With every other class getting their own buffs and perks, the Skirmisher class was overdue. Seeing how Respawn is embracing movement in Apex Legends, these skirmisher class perks will most likely give further movement perks to these legends. These movement perks could be in the form of passive double jumps and wall running.

Balance Changes in Apex Legends Season 25

Respawn Entertainment has provided valuable insights on the legends they are focusing on for Apex Legends Season 25. They are aware of the legends that are at the bottom of pick rates and are actively looking to revive them. Here are the developer notes about all the legends that are being adjusted for the upcoming season.
Wraith
She could be improved in this new world of Apex. So, expect some adjustments soon.

Pathfinder

-We don’t plan to keep him down for long
-We’re looking at changes to reel his grapple back up
-We’ve got some things cooking for Pathfinder
-May not be a “revert” so to speak, but you can expect some changes soon.

Seer

-We’re aware Seer is lying at the bottom
-He’s on our radar as a key target to revitalize soon
-After Assault & Skirmisher, we’ll start looking into underperforming legends
-We’ll have him back on his feet, soon

Caustic

-Caustic’s balance lives on the edge of a knife
-Minor gas tweaks have led to frustration and obsolescence
-No plans for a full Caustic rework
-We’re not letting him fester and plan to give Caustic some love soon

Is Faide coming to Apex Legends?

In the Reddit AMA, the developers at Respawn Entertainment were asked the question, “Will Faide and Rhapsody from Apex Legends Mobile, ever make a return to the game?” To this, the Lead Game Designer, RV-Devan, responded that “there are currently no plans to add the Mobile Legends to Apex.”
However, some prior leaks had revealed Faide’s ability being tested in the main game of Apex Legends. The abilities were also released as an event in pubs to test it out with actual players. So the above statement is not being taken seriously by the community and expecting Faide’s eventual release in the distant future.
