Max Verstappen features on candies at girlfriend Kelly Piquet’s sunlit baby shower, showers her with love

Max Verstappen has a lot to celebrate this season, not just as a Red Bull driver but also in his personal life. The Japanese Grand Prix winner and his girlfriend, Kelly Piquet, are expecting their first child. She has now shared several glimpses from her sunlit baby shower, where Max seems to have been there in spirit, even though he wasn’t physically present. His presence was felt through the goodies, and he also showered her with love on Instagram.
Kelly Piquet posted a few pictures of herself caressing her belly while wearing white at the baby shower and captioned them on Instagram, “Feeling the love.” She looked lovely in the figure-hugging white gown as she celebrated with her close friends and family, mostly female. Reacting to her post, Max Verstappen dropped several heart emojis in the comments section.

Kelly did not reveal the gender of the child in her post, but a fan commented, “To Max and @redbullracing, when the baby is born, the livery of the RBR car must be white and pink, okay @maxverstappen1 and @redbullracing?”
Kelly shared many more pictures from the baby shower to give a detailed look at the intimate gathering. She wrote, “Could not have asked for a more perfect day,” along with several heart emojis. The first picture showed the three-tier cake in white, peach, and pastel green with the “Oh Baby” tag placed on top. Other pictures showed various confections, including colourful cupcakes, croissants, and biscuits.

The highlight of the food served at the baby shower was the custom-made white candies with Max and Kelly’s portrait on them.
Kelly Piquet couldn’t be there in person at Suzuka to witness Max Verstappen’s first win of the season and his fourth consecutive victory at the Japanese Grand Prix. She took to Instagram to show her support by sharing pictures of his win on her Instagram Stories.

Max and Kelly have been dating since 2020 and announced the pregnancy in December. Kelly already has a five-year-old daughter named Penelope from her previous relationship with former F1 driver Daniil Kvyat.
