The veteran star, however, has been dubbed as “angry black man” by some fans and media, primarily for his defensive style of play to keep his team competitive in the games. Trayce Jackson-Davis also impressed with 15 points on a perfect 6-of-6 from the floor. But missed free throws, poor bench production, and 17 turnovers hurt their chances. With Stephen Curry sitting out, the team lacked firepower and fell short due to cold shooting and sloppy execution.
