“Chicagoland,” Mike Florio shares his unique idea of why the Bengals must leave Cincinnati and go bigger

The Pro Football Talk Mike Florio has recently shared his views about the Cincinnati Bengals regarding their contract, which is between Hamilton County and Paycor Stadium.
Florio feels that Cincinnati should go better and bigger in the market, and that can only be possible with Chicago. Apparently, he sketches out an ideal picture of Bengal joining hands with the Chicago Bears. He said, “Instantly, the inventory of games would double, from 10 to 20.” “It would become much easier for the Bears (and possibly the other team, unless it’s just a tenant) to pay for the building with minimal public assistance,” he added.“Enter the Bengals. They’re less than three months away from the final countdown to the expiration of their lease at Paycor Stadium,” he further added.
It has been noted that the last Monday in the month of June, which is slated to be the deadline for the Cincinnati Bengals and Hamilton Co. commissioners, including the top officials.Commenting on the present situation, board Vice President Stephanie Summerow Dumas said, “We're doing what we need to do to be good partners with the Bengals.”“We're hoping that we don't get to that — that we're able to go on and sign a lease that will be a long-term lease,” Dumas added. The contract between the city and the team expires in the summer of 2026, and hence, the negotiation has proceeded more slowly than expected.“With a market-rate contract that would be better for our residents and better for them. I want a win-win. And so that's where we are. That's where the board is right now,” Dumas further said.
