WWE Backlash Premium Live Event can see the return of top wrestling stars that can change the landscape.WWE is only days away from producing the next Premium Live Event on May 10 at the Enterprise Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. The event will be WWE Backlash. The match card announced for the show has shaped up to be a captivating one with top stars like John Cena, LA Knight, Becky Lynch, Randy Orton, and more. However, in light of recent events and speculations running wild, there is a chance that WWE Backlash might see top stars resurface in the landscape to alter the course of things. Here are the three WWE superstars who can make their return at the Premium Live Event this week:

3. Elias

WWE Universe witnessed Elias' return to WWE two years after his release. The captivating superstar, who is now a member of the TNA Wrestling roster, made a surprise appearance as 'Elijah' on the May 6th, 2025, edition of WWE NXT. He competed in the 25-man battle royal to determine the No.1 contender for Oba Femi's NXT title. While Elias was unsuccessful, he could be able to drift to WWE and appear at their Backlash PLE for an exciting segment.

2. Alexa Bliss and The Wyatt Sicks

Alexa Bliss made a thunderous return to WWE after two years at the 2025 Royal Rumble PLE. She had a good start to her tenure after returning to WWE. However, after the 2025 Elimination Chamber event, Bliss disappeared from television and missed out on the WrestleMania 41 festivities. The wait to see Little Miss Bliss might end at WWE Backlash, but with a twist. Bliss could resurface along with the absent Wyatt Sicks faction and officially join hands with the demonic group. This could see Bliss resurrect her dark ties with Bray Wyatt and join the stable led by his brother, Uncle Howdy, after multiple teases on SmackDown since her return.

1. Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns has not been seen on WWE television since the RAW after WrestleMania 41. On that night, he and CM Punk were taken out by Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker, who became the new Paul Heyman Guys. The Best in the World returned on the May 5th edition of RAW and went right after his foes. He could do the same at WWE Backlash, but find himself overpowered. This would pave the way for THE OTC to return and join forces with Punk to destroy their common enemy. Also read: WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque responds to Logan Paul’s attack on WWE RAW
