Garmin Instinct 3 series launched in India: Price, features and more

Garmin has expanded its range of smartwatches in India with the launch of Instinct 3 Series in India. The Instinct 3 series features an AMOLED display with a metal-reinforced bezel, fiber-reinforced polymer case, and scratch-resistant display, meeting MIL-STD 810 standards for thermal, shock, and water resistance (up to 100 meters). Another key feature of the Watch series is the built-in LED flashlight, offering visibility in low-light environments.

The smartwatch comes in both AMOLED and solar-powered display models. The AMOLED model is claimed to offer up to 24 days of battery life, while the solar model is said to provide unlimited battery life under optimal sunlight. There is a built-in LED flashlight offering variable intensities, a red light, and strobe mode.
The series comes equipped with multi-band GPS and SatIQ technology. With ABC sensors (altimeter, barometer, compass) and TracBack routing, the smartwatch series is claimed to be a navigation companion, guiding users safely back when the journey gets tough.
Smart notifications, Garmin Messenger for two-way messaging are some of the connectivity features on the series. Safety features include LiveTrack, incident detection, and assistance alerts.
Health and wellness features include heart rate tracking, a Pulse Ox sensor, sleep insights, HRV status, stress tracking, women’s health, and pregnancy insights. Comprehensive sports and fitness features like hiking, running, swimming, cycling, skiing, golf, HIIT, strength training, Pilates, and more come preloaded. The series also support on-screen animated workout suggestions.
The smartwatch is available in two sizes—45mm and 50mm. Colour variants include Black, Black/Charcoal, and vibrant limited-edition hues like Neotropic and Neotropic/Twilight.

Price of Instinct E starts at Rs 35,990, while Instinct 3 is available from Rs 46,990. The Garmin Instinct 3 Series can be purchased via the Garmin India Website and select premium retail stores across the country.
