In the recent episode of Bigg Boss Marathi 4, Bigg Boss asked the contestants to participate in the captaincy contender task 'Bigg Boss school'. Bigg Boss divided contestants into two teams. Team A had Rakhi Sawant, Apurva Nemlekar, Kiran Mane, Vikas Sawant, Amruta Dhongade, and Amruta Deshmukh while Team B had Prasad Jawade, Snehalata Vasaikar, Akshay Kelkar, and Aroh Welankar. Team A had to be the teachers first and team B had to be the students. Team A had to pass only one student and fail other students. One pass student would then be the captaincy contender.

Bigg Boss Marathi season 4, recently got its Top 5 finalist of the show. The show is all set to air its Grand Finale on 8th January 7pm.

In the task, Bigg Boss divided 14 contestants into two teams. Team A had Apurva Nemlekar, Akshay Kelkar, Vikas Sawant, Kiran Mane, Rohit Shinde, Ruchira Jadhav and Amruta Deshmukh. Team B had Yogesh Jadhav, Tejaswini Lonari, Prasad Jawade, Trishul Marathe, Samruddhi Jadhav, and Amruta Dhongade. As per the instructions of Bigg Boss, any three contestants from team A had to give up the chance to call their family members and Team B contestants had to make the decision. Bigg Boss also reminded team B that the contestants who are eligible to call their families will also be eligible for captaincy.

Bigg Boss first asked Kiran Mane, Amruta Dhongade, Aroh Welankar, and Akshay Kelkar to choose their Samarthaks from the other remaining contestants to win the captaincy. In the task, 16 bags of 16 contestants were placed in the garden area. Each bag had a name stuck on the front side of each contestant. After the buzzer, all contestants had to run and get the bag of the contestant they wanted to be the captain or not to be the captain.

Mahesh first lashed out at Akshay Kelkar for living in the house with arrogance. Mahesh asked Akshay what he did to Apurva Nemlekar that she cried so much in the washroom. Mahesh asked, "What did you do Akshay? Apurva Nemlekar cried so much in the washroom. What did you do? Now, you have started feeling like Apurva and Amruta Deshmukh are suddenly fake. Why?"

The nomination task 'Varul Deta Ka Varul' turned out to be interesting as Bigg Boss asked the housemates to roam in the house by carrying a photograph of each other. All contestants got one photograph of another contestant and if a contestant wants to nominate the contestant's photograph he/she is carrying then they don't have to go to the given circle. If they want to save the contestant who is there in the photograph then they can stay outside the circle after the buzzer.

Marathi actress Ruchira Jadhav, who was a participant in the Bigg Boss Marathi season 4, recently got evicted from the show. The actress stayed in the house for 40 days and got eliminated. Ruchira, who was shocked by her eviction, recently spoke with ETimes TV after coming out of the house and made some surprising statements about housemates.

Akshay Kelkar lifted the trophy of the show and received prize money of Rs. 15,55,000, a gold bracelet from the sponsors. Akshay got also 5 lakh Rs from the sponsors for being the 'Best Captain' of the house
