Actress Jessica Alba and her husband Cash Warren have decided to sell their luxurious Beverly Hills home for $19 million, as they continue through their divorce process. The couple, who were married for 16 years, had once called the property their “dream house” and had hoped to raise their children there.
The listing of the mansion came just two months after Alba officially filed for divorce from Warren on February 7, 2025. The couple’s date of separation was listed as December 27, 2024, according to court documents shared by PEOPLE. The divorce was reportedly due to irreconcilable differences. Alba has also asked for joint custody of their three children—Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7—and requested to have her full name legally restored to Jessica Marie Alba.
The Beverly Hills property they are now selling was purchased back in January 2017 for $9.9 million. It took about 18 months of renovation work before the family officially moved in. In a 2019 interview with Architectural Digest, Alba mentioned that she and Warren were very intentional in choosing the house, saying they wanted a place where their kids could play and grow up. She also said she knew it was the right house within just 20 minutes of walking through it.
The 8,830-square-foot mansion includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms and sits on a 1.85-acre lot. It offers wide views of both the canyon and the ocean. The home was redesigned by the well-known mother-son design duo Kathleen and Tommy Clements, who have worked with other celebrities, including Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi. Alba once shared that she was inspired by the couple’s home design after attending holiday parties at their place.
Inside the house, there are several luxurious features such as a large kitchen with a center island, a dining room that can seat up to 12 guests, and a beautiful primary suite. The suite includes a sitting area that leads to a balcony, a spa-style bathroom with a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet with mirrored doors. Other features include a home gym, a media room, a backyard pool, a cabana, and an outdoor dining area surrounded by greenery.
Though Alba and Warren are going their separate ways, they recently reunited to celebrate Easter with their children. It appears that they are continuing to prioritize their family during this transition.
