The National Film Archive of India (NFAI) is meticulously restoring Goutam Ghose's acclaimed film ‘Paar' using a mix-and-match technique from various available prints, as the original negatives are missing. Ghose's other films, ‘Padma Nadir Majhi' and ‘Dakhal', were restored from negatives in the Bengal film vault.
