A recent commercial featuring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh has sparked a flurry of reactions online, largely due to Alia’s striking resemblance to Bollywood icon Madhuri Dixit. The advertisement, soaked in retro charm, sees the duo stepping into the shoes of a classic 90s-style hero and heroine.
One social media user took to their account on X (formerly Twitter) to share a particular scene from the advertisement, where Alia and Ranveer are seen dancing in a vintage 90s style. The video was shared with the caption, "Alia Bhatt and Madhuri Dixit, talk about uncanny resemblance (sic)."

In the clip, Alia is seen wearing a pink and white polka dot top with puffed sleeves, paired with a skirt, while Ranveer looks stylish in white bell-bottom trousers, a white shirt, and a multicoloured jacket. The video was shot in a grainy, 90s-style aesthetic.
