Nimisha Sajayan and Lena enjoy snow at Birmingham

Actors Lena and Nimisha Sajayan are now shooting at The United Kingdom for Foot Prints on Water, a British Indian movie directed by Nathalia Syam. Currently they are following the lockdown restrictions imposed by the government to reduce the spread of Covid-19 variant. The recent pictures of Lena and Nimisha enjoying snow at Brimingham have been trending online. Foot Prints on Water also features actor Adhil Huassain. Prior to the shoot, the team had intense remote training and preparations. About the bond they share, Lena had earlier told us that the team used to have group video calls. She feels that it has become the new normal. “It's a nice experience. The movie will be shot in UK and Kochi,” she said.Lena is very optimistic about Malayalam film industry though 2020 was really bad for the cinema. She says, as pandemic is still looming large, the question ‘what next’is there in everyone’s mind. “It can be out of anxiety or adventure. I feel something new is happening and we are expanding in a big way. We are becoming global and our audience are widening. This helps us have bigger budgets and better outputs. Of course, there will be issues as things are changing. This year's income would be all time low. Cinema is going through a real tough time. But I am sure after this mess, it is going to be really beautiful. I am not being just positive by neglecting the negative. I try to stay neutral by understanding the both sides. I am working hard to be neutral,” she said.
